You need to come to Spring Preview and decide for yourself which sororities are on top. DZ is a very good chapter and was a top choice for many girls. If you know people who are in the greek system at UT, you can ask them. There is a lot of self ranking on here but I believe if you are basing who is on top by who is the most sought after houses, then these rankings are fairly accurate. If you take the last several months worth of rankings and average where you see the houses fall then you have a pretty accurate ranking. ADPi, Xo and AOPi are also good sororities. ADPi ends up taking a lot of legacies. XO has their own vibe and you should visit that house and see if you fit in there. AOPi is a top choice for pnms too. The top 7 sororities on this list were most likely the top choice for the all of the sisters in those respective houses. Some sororities pull from certain cities and fill their houses with a lot of girls who know each other. I wouldn't worry about who is on top.

They aren't really seen as a top house by people on campus, only this website. They're still a really good chapter and you should never put a group down before meeting them.

Yes, they are seen as a top house by many on campus. Ask girls who went through recruitment last year. They will tell you which houses most girls wanted. In my group hands down the majority of the girls wanted KD, DZ, and PhiMu. There were also some who loved AXO. Some Memphis girls loved TriDelt. Those honestly were the only ones I heard people say anything about.

Each sorority has something to offer - you will be so much happier if you keep an open mind and disregard this bogus website. Many sororitys are regional and rush other girls from their hometown. Don't get caught up in the hype of who is "best" because looks and reputation can be deceiving. I thought I wanted one thing when I walked on campus but ended up feeling like they were snobby and fake. I'd rather be happier in a lower ranked sorority than miserable in a "top" one. Plus, no matter how great/beautiful you think you are, you will be cut somewhere so keep an open mind and you will be so much happier. Truth....

DZ and Axo live on here. I am not sure why they try so hard. Both are good sororities, but it's embarrassing how much self ranking they do. Dz constantly claims they are "talked about" and "highly desired". This just isn't true. You would be so much better not coming off as so desperate.

Do you go to UT? DZ is a great chapter at UT and a top fave of PNM's. I don't think they live on here, nor does any other house. The only people who live on here are jealous girls like you who like to tear great houses down probably because they got cut for are jealous for some reason.
