Why did Phi Mu give out snap bids? Did they not meet quota?

Maybe they didn't keep enough girls on their pref list thinking they would get the girls they preffed. I am not sure. I heard that a few girls who preffed them ending up picking other chapters.

It is probably as stated above. No one gets 100% of the girls they want., no one! I'm glad that they were able to give a bid to someone they wanted and who wanted them as well.

If they wanted them why didn't they give them a bid on bid day? I don't get it.

Phi Mu giving out snap bids has nothing to do with how many new members they got or how many girls they preffed. New member quota was 61 and phi mu got above that. Actually every chapter met quota except for one. If they gave out snap bids, it means they were under chapter total due to a lot of people graduating or girls dropping.

Is giving a snap bid and giving another girl the opportunity to be a sorority a bad thing? Snap visa happen with a lot of sororities every year. I
