I'm not sure if this is a troll question or not but I'll bite. Sadly, I really don't think any chapter will give you a bid. You're older than the seniors, which is extremely awkward for you and a pledge class. You'll be 7 years older than the 18 year olds getting bids and will have nothing in common, as your life experience is way far above their own. Also, you don't have a recent GPA or involvement in orgs from HS to show so I think it would be best if you just stick with making friends closer to your own age
