Is utk really a dry campus? I was looking into going here but now I might not want to. Is this just a rumor or what

UTK is a dry campus, and UTK is a great school. Please do not make you decision on where to attend college on whether or not you can consume alcohol. Hopefully your criteria is a little more involved and mature than that.
