AOPI is better than TriDelt for sure. And sorry DZ is way better than 6th best....you must be an alum or something and haven't been on campus in awhile.

Many do not consider Pi Phi the lowest house any more. They have been working on rebuilding their chapter, and have a great sisterhood. Note to all PNM's on Greek Rank: there are NO bad houses at UT! Do not listen to the trolls on this site, and do not listen to tent talk during recruitment. Go to each house with an open mind. You will like some houses more than others, but that is to be expected as not everyone likes the same people, or have the same goals and values. Recruitment is a very fun but stressful week- don't let people fill your head with doubts about a sorority, judge them for yourself. Lots of girls do not pledge their legacy house.

They have just had to work really hard to rise above an awkward reputation. Not a bad house at all.

PhiMu is not the best house. They are pretty and put on a good rush, but they really have trouble with their sisterhood. Many seem to struggle to get along, so I am not sure why they would be top on this list. There are many houses with better sisterhoods and better involvement than PhiMu.

List is accurate but I think each set of two is interchangeable, so Phi Mu/DZ could switch and it still would be accurate, same goes with TriDelt/AXO, AOII/KD, ADPI/XO, ZTA/SK, and KKG/PiPhi/DG.

Because times have changed. AXO has done a great job the past few years. Lots of houses have risen. The once really popular aren't so popular any more.

Oh my.. DZ is not in the top five, just crazy. KD, AOPI, Tri Delt and ADPI are better than DZ! But DZ is a solid mid tier and has come a long way.

Ph Mu, KD, and Tri Delf are rhe bear with AOPi, ADPI and DZ in the top six depending on where you are from,

that appear to be the most "popular" during recruitment are the most desired of the ones that get to invite larger numbers of pnms to parties. They are on lots of girls' lists- so they generate a lot of chatter among pnms. Other houses that don't get to invite as many girls don't generate as much chatter and may appear to be less popular, but are actually more difficult to get into. Thus, "popularity" in recruitment isn't necessarily an indicator of rising or falling "tiers", just an sign of who is most wanted among the houses that have large invite lists. KD (and others) who have to make large cuts may appear to be "falling" because they aren't on as many girls lists and don't get talked about as much, but in reality it just looks that way to girls who don't fully understand how the system works.
The fewer girls invited, the harder it is to join that house.
