rec letters

What should I do if I asked all my family and friends and still can't find recs for a few of the sororities? I have most of mine, but there are just a few that I can't seem to get.. Should I just go through without them or is there another option for me?

But I heard most of them will drop you after the first round if you don't have one for them. Is that true??

A lot of girls from my hometown will post to Facebook a list of the sororities that they need rec letters for. Then, alum or girls in the chapter can see it and help them get one.
