What is the minimum GPA you need to be in the sororities ?

there is no minimum but i wouldn't suggest going through rush unless you have above a 3.0 coming out of highschool. GPA is a number one priority when cutting girls and chances are if you have below that a lot of houses will drop you. That being said, if a house absolutely loves you they may make an exception but it isn't extremely likely. I had below a 3.0 and I still got a bid to a good house but i also got cut by a lot of other ones so it's up to you!

I dual enrolled while in highschool and have a 3.0 GPA at the college and a 3,2 at the highschool will they combine the GPA's or just take the college ?

They'll just look at high school GPA as far as I know.
