Theres going to be different opinions depending on who hangs out within tiers but:

Top:
Phi Sig, Sigma chi, Kappa Sig

Upper Middle:
Dtd, Sae, ato

Lower middle:
Sig Ep, Fiji, agr

Upper bottom:
snu, phi delt

Lower bottom:
Farm house, chi phi, phi psi

There's ups and downs for fraternities. They're differently ranked now than they were when I was a freshman. Houses get kicked off and others get good pledge classes and get rolling faster than others. As of now this is my best ranking
