KD is far from THE best house, but Phi Mu is definitely in the top. As for the poster above that said ADPI and Chi O, they are misinformed as those chapters rarely are considered anything above middle. Each chapter has something different to offer, so which houses are "the best" will be different for each girl. UTK doesn't really have a single top house, but in general, the top six houses are (in no order) Phi Mu, DDD, DZ, AXO, AOPI, and KD.

To "really", the poster said KD is far from the best house, not the best house so you're confused. Also AXO is definitely top six, if you're putting them lower than that then you're probably stuck in the past thinking ADPI & CHIO are top and AXO & DZ are still middle, and that's just not the case anymore. I agree completely with "No"

I would say absolutely not. It is well known KD has sisterhood issues. Many dropped a couple of years ago because of it. Their problem is they have too many girls from the same high schools. I would put at least three houses above them as "top."
PhiMu is a good house, but I would not put them above TriDelt, DZ, or ADPI for that matter. It really depends what you're looking for.

Phi Mu is the same level as DZ/TriDelt, but all of those are WAY better than ADPI.

KD is a better house...I'm not even in KD or have that many friends in KD but I'm not delusional and I can realize that KD is a top house, you honestly just can't deny that whether you like them or not.

It depends on your definition of top because there are three houses that are decidedly better than KD. All I can say is when I went through recruitment last year there were three other houses over KD it seemed that many of the girls wanted. I didn't end up in any of them and love my house so no, I am not jealous, just truthful.

To "really". That's all your opinion though... I'm not saying you're right or wrong, but in my sorority, we were told that KD had the highest number of girls who wanted them this past year, and from what I understood, it's like that pretty much every year, along with Phi Mu

Kappa Delta is definitely not middle tier....I'm in another top tier sorority and even I can admit their top tier for sure. Phi Mu and KD are both great women who do a lot for our school! Both chapters are awesome in their own ways :)

To "what?" I was just trying to say something nice about them lol. By doing a lot for their philanthropies, they give a good image for the school. Idk I should've just said they do a lot for their philanthropies bc that makes more sense now that I'm thinking about it
