Explain to me what makes a sorority top, middle or lower tier? To me all the sororities have their flaws and all have their positives. What separates each tier?

All the houses have great girls! Some are considered top because they are more popular with the frats which is really based off looks. Looks arent everything but unfortunately that's usually what makes a house top.
