They need to keep focusing on good looking girls, and keep their standards as high as the national ones. Usually hot, rich, blondes, who are a mix of fun and snobby. Not the worst sorority. Probably SK, KKG, DG are down there

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 1.8 The girls are very sweet but they are the worst sorority at UTK. Which is sad because Pi Phi has a great reputation everywhere else. They are not involved, weird, accept everyone, and have the most girls drop on Bid Day. Overall, the worst. Bottom tier.
