Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority Ratings at UTK

This sorority is kinda a mixed bag at UTK. Half of the girls go out every weekend and the other half go read their bibles. A lot of the girls are really involved on campus tho. Kind of just middle of the line, but most of the Chi Os I’ve met have been nice.

I feel like I never hear anything about these girls. The few that I know seem sweet but that’s all I know.

There are two types of chio girls. The granola Christian ones, and the extreme partiers. They’re both very cliquey. They come across as nice but when you’re in a group with them you can feel VERY left out. I also know that the half that party go out almost EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. And they make sure to post about it. They try to hide it on the instagram by posting the same scholarly girls in every instagram post. They claim that they are top dogs for everything but it’s honestly the same girls every time who do everything for the others. They girls who do give it their all do a great job, but that’s a very small amount compared to the rest of the chapter that just slides along behind the ones that do all the work. They also only take girls from chatt and Memphis. You basically have to know someone to get in

The Chi O stereotype on campus is that they are super sweet and Jesus-loving but this couldn't be further from the truth. Some of the most mean, judgmental, and fake girls I've met on this campus have all turned out to be Chi Os. It's really unfortunate that a lot of them bring this high school mean-girl energy to college. Wish they would be more genuine and kind because their attitudes rn are not cute.

Well rounded genuine women. Accomplished and driven and very great representation of what greek life should be.

Chi o is super underrated. Everyone tries to give them a bad rep when in reality they are the most down to earth and driven girls. Most of the chi os i’ve met are super chill and fun to be around. Their chapter is by far the most diverse. There are lots of girls who go out and a good amount that focus more on school. They may not be the most “popular” but If we are talking involvement and character, definitely a top sorority on campus.

it’s very cool. everyone i’ve met us so so nice and and kind. they also are very smart and have the highest gpa

Chi o gets a bad rep as being boring just because they are smart but they are very fun girls! They are very genuine and make everyone feel welcome. I would say that they are one of the top sororities, especially if you are from the south.
