Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.0 A good group of girls. Not very diverse. Private school legacies for the most part. Very academic driven in cuts. Aggressively cut first round and it sets them apart as being hard to get in but the reality is no one cares anyway.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 2.6 Just "ok" but the recruitment show they put on each year is fantastic. They only let select girls recruit and the others are pushed to the background. Ask them how many PNMs actually wanted to live in the house this year? Ask them how many members drop before graduation? Advice: join the house that fits you and not something your mother did 30 years ago! You might just be missing out on a better fit.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.8 ADPi gets Aton of hate on this site because they are always at the top in recruitment during the year. Other chapters try to tear them down in every way they can. Many of my new college friends are ADPi's and they make me wish I rushed.

They have tons of legacies go through which makes them a top recruiter. With that being said, it does not make them a top house.

I am not sure other chapters are "tearing them down" but rather correcting the information they post about themselves. ADPI is a great house but not a top house by any means. The do have a lot of returns during recruitment because they are the oldest house on campus which means a lot of legacies. Unfortunately because they take so many legacies, they are not a very diverse house. In their defense, it's hard to cut legacies without a valid reason. They don't get the diversity the top houses get.

They are so quick to cut in first round after 15 minutes that it is offensive and many perceive it as hard to get into. The reality is that a mold is created based on grades, legacy, and private school. if you fit that mold you might make it with them. If not you probably will get cut and that is actually for your best. Narrow girls. Predictable

the oldest house on campus- Chi O, Zeta, Phi Mu, and AOPi are the oldest here. Tri Delt, SK, KD and ADPi all came around the same time but a little later. Unless one or two of them left for a while then came back, they should all have about the same number of legacies coming through each year. In reality (as opposed to the gossip that is on this site) they probably pledge close to the same percentage of legacies.

Only 8 posts from Fall and Spring semesters and 12 posts in 2 1/2 months talking about how they are the top sorority at UT. (Coming off as desperate)They are a good sorority but not tops. Yes they are hard to get into but that is because they have a ridiculous number of legacies every year. Filling your house with legacies does not make for a good sisterhood. Just because their moms were top tier in the 80's does not mean their daughters are top tier now.
