Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.5 Phi Delt seriously had some of the best parties. What a shame they got kicked off. Super fun energetic guys that didn’t care what people thought and just wanted to dance and have fun. Rest in peace phi delt.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.7 Phi Delts freshman class pretty much make this fraternity, they have one of the best houses on campus and have been dominant in pretty much every sorority philanthropy competition all year. Thevye made a name for themselves this year and have created a good brotherhood. All the freshman class are super fun and I always see them out at bars and show up in packs to mixers and mega mixers that we've had with them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.5 This frat has definitely gotten way better and deserves more credit. All of the phi delts i’ve met have been super sweet. The new pc is really fun in my opinion

They have a nice house but thats literally their defining feature and their main point of emphasis during rush. There are better frats on campus if you're looking for parties and brotherhood.
