Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.8 Definitely not popular on campus but with the quality of the guys they have now, they're up and coming. Guys are all fun to hang out with and very chill. I enjoy spending time here.

Definitely not top tier by any means, but that doesn't mean they don't know how to have fun. Being technically off campus helped them out this year because UTPD couldn't get involved with their parties, unlike most of the other fraternities which had trouble with that.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.3 The phi delts have a beautiful new house that rivals some of the larger fraternities. With a growing chapter and the quality of the current members, I could see this chapter going far in the years to come.
