Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 5.0 Phi Sig is all around top tier. Nobody comes close. The guys are nicer, cooler, and better looking. The parties are bigger and better than most. The house is pretty sweet too ;)

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.0 I decently enjoy phi sig, but the only reason they should be considered top tier is because of their nice house, hot guys, good parties, and because (somehow) they haven't been in trouble. Recently with everyone in trouble they have been in the spotlight, but that has also left room for other frats to creep up. if they don't watch it they will be middle soon. Also they don't talk to girls, girls have to talk to them. I have also witnessed them turn a girl away, kinda an punk move. Then again i know nice guys. its whatever floats your boat though i guess...
