sounds to me like they wouldn't let you in to a party. Most fraternities don't want randoms at their parties. Especially the bigger ones that already have to deal with handling their own guys.

Not to mention that you probably do not want to share in the payments for alcohol or damages to the house that is being partied in. Parties are not free and the people who pay to throw them/house them reserve the right to have whoever they want in there.

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 5.0 As far as fraternities are concerned, the Delts at UTK are exactly everything a fraternity aspires to be. They have are able to balance both the social aspect of Greek life while also staying connected to the community. In addition, the Delts at UTK have the highest GPA out of all of the other IFC fraternities.
