the comment below, if chi o really was in the top 6, then they would be ranked in the top 6. i don't think chi o should be rated this low, but other chapters have out-shined them this year.

they are OK...but definitely not this high...their new pledge class is good...but needs to work on class, and attitude towards the other sororities on campus.
