i don't think chi o should be ranked this low, but i think people are rating them so low because of this year's pledge class.

have to agree. There are some really nice girls in DDD. However, some of their other girls can be a little snotty. DDD is a good, solid chapter. They just need to work on being nicer to the other houses. Then they'll be back on top.
