Shouldn't be anywhere near the top. Almost got kicked off campus and they have no respect for the Greek system. Constantly giving it a bad name.

Not a real fraternity? Try the sixth oldest in the US. Just because they don't have a house doesn't mean they aren't present on campus. Also I'm pretty sure they won homecoming spirit award two years in a row and that's based on participating in EVERY homecoming event.
