Greek life at UTA

I’m an incoming freshman and wanted to know if Greek life is worth it at UTA?
I like that over like half of the students commute so would my best bet of making friends be to join a frat/sorority??

Greek life isn’t the same as larger Universities but it’s UTA. Not a whole lot of social activities. But if you’re attending, Greek Life is worth it. It’s small so gives you a chance to get to know people in your chapter as well as others. It helps you get involved on campus and make connections that help with networking, community service, social activities and lifelong friendships. It makes attending UTA much more bearable!
