cap students.

Do sororities and fraternities welcome cap student or is it the whole only one year at uta a problem? Are the sisters going to feel like they shouldnt give a bid to someone who is gonna leave them an year later?

I went to UTA last year as a CAP student and I knew a fair amount of CAP students that were in sororities. A pretty decent amount actually ended up staying at UTA though so be aware of that.

Getting a bid from sigma chi and phi Delt would be difficult. Just to let you know sigma chi gave bids to 8 guys initiated 5 , and phi Delt gave bids to 11 and reports are they are initiating 9 guys. So both these frats are kinda exclusive. They might hold you down if you are a cap student. But still, go for rush and find syou best fit. PS. I am in a sorority.

I am looking for a sorority too. I really want to be in one but i am afraid that the girls may not want a potential one year student.
