It's very ironic that they chant "pikes house" when they don't actually have a house. They bid a crazy number of guys , even bidded guys overs the summer. Some very very sketchy guys. But thats not very surprising considering they have so many guys. Their "Pike girls" are wither AXO's or GDI's.

Only reason they are middle tier is because they have a killer house. Very few ties with sororities which definitley hurts them.

They are the clear number 2 behind Sigma Chi, the fact that they have a house and a reasonable amount of actives puts them in the top tier. The fact that their house is dry is what prevents them from moving to #1. Older guys in the chapter are pretty cool, some very weak pledge classes though this year. Definitley not as douchey as sig.

I've seen one person walking around campus with a DU shirt, never hear anything about them. No house, which automatically drops them.

Every sorority has their frat guys they hang around with the most. For example The Tri Delts are always linked with Sigma Chi. Who are the Alpha Chi O frat guys?
