They have all the tools to be an outstanding fraternity, but lack the quality of decency. Sure, they have good "parties" but if they didn't have a house they would easily fall in popularity. Speaking of the house, they don't clean often, their beds are covered in derogatory comments from brothers past. These guys are also very clicky, even within their own brotherhood. I have a few friends who are SigmaChi and seem to complain about everything outside of the social aspect of Greek Life.

Met the girls during welcome week, very sweet and I got to know a few of them and ask about their events, they answered all of my questions and were polite

I've hung out with these guys a few times and I can honestly say they're some of the coolest guys I've met since I've been on campus. They have a good balance of fratty guys and chill guys. They're not entitled douchebags like so many other Greek guys I've met. They're new so of course they're not top tier but I think they could get there if they keep it up. I'm actually considering rushing now because of the guys I met in KSig.

Some of the girls asked me back to their house for drinks & a softball game. Also asked about weed. Nice but I don't think their allowed to do this. Also some of the "sisters" didn't even know eachother. How is that even possible?

they hide girls, if you are blonde, skinny and pretty, tridelt is perfect. very surface level girls, more about being a barbie than a sisterhood
