The top house on campus for sure! I got a bid from theta and ended up dropping due to not feeling at home. I am so envious of how pretty and well-rounded the dg girls are:( They are the sweetest most fun girls to hang around. Going to rush again in the spring and hope for the best!

Anybody who knows about theta chi parties trends to show up because not only is it always a good time with a good atmosphere, but the brothers actually care. I’ve personally seen at least three instances where brothers ensured that everybody got home safe after an absolute rager.. if you want the best place to spend a night of partying it’s definitely theta chi..
