Yes, they are exclusive; it is there risk management approach. If you want to go to huge parties and meet a bunch of people you have never met before, then this house may not be your cup of tea. However, if you want to work your way into knowing the brotherhood and eventually get involved with their "everyone knows everyone intimately" type of parties, then you will want to spend some time getting to know their unique and diverse brotherhood beforehand.

bottom sorority because they accept all the girls who didnt get into the other sororities. forever a bottom house. weak sisterhood too because none of them want to be there and are forced to like it. always awkward when you ask "why did you choose tri delt" hah but they didnt.

One of my teammates went here on Halloween night and ended up getting transported to the hospital. Long story short, none of us are going back… get girls hammered and then get in their pants. Really genuine "gentlemen."

This is a solid middle house with a few recent problems, but nothing they can't work out. DG is a good house, but not great. I don't understand the comments on here (both ways.) They do need to relax though. They seem to try a little too hard.

Lol at "seriously?" it was a play on words of the philanthropy event they were competing in (Aerospike...Arrows-pik e...kinda clever actually). But nice try. Anyways, this is my favorite group of guys on campus by a long shot!! Guys will be guys, but when it comes down to it these guys are genuine gentlemen with tons of smart men who have kicked ass at philanthropy among other things. Not to mention hilarious and so much fun to party with. They didn't get chapter of the year for nothing after all

From an external perspective, this house is barely top two house on campus. PROS: Currently having an entire PR facelift. Potential for a rebound.Cons:Currently, they are suspended on campus due to an accumulation of A LOT of things ranging from rappelling down their roof, getting caught serving alcohol, and "disrupting" Greek unity by ratting out other frat's "parties". From what I've been told, they feel that "everyone is out to get them" but from what I see, they're doing it to themsel
