The girls in this chapter are incredibly kind and empathetic people. They have so much love for each other, and it shows in everything they do. Whenever I get an opportunity to interact with them, I always enjoy it. Keep up the good work, ladies!

From all of the stories I have heard from my friends and other people Tri Delta is the best sorority on campus because they do a lot for their community and their commitment to ST. Jude is amazing

They get a bad rep but they’re actually really nice people! They don’t deserve the hate, especially since it’s mostly from incels

This chapter has an amazing variety of girls in their house. As a woman who grew up with a skewed perception of what sorority women are supposed to look like (think Bama rush stereotypes), it is refreshing and healing to see such a wide variety of body types and other unique features. And that is only a superficial first impression. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know some of the women in this chapter and it has been an honor. The girls are supportive of their sisters whenever they need it and are constantly making each other laugh. I’ve engaged in conversations about growth and change that have encouraged me to change my mindset. As I continue to meet people in this chapter, I am convinced there is a friend for everyone here. Reading the negative reviews on this chapter hurt my heart because what I’ve experienced when around them is nothing like what I’m reading. I’m sure they have their drama just like anybody, but at the end of the day they are all there for each other as friends and sisters.

Delta girls are not like any other girls in the best way possible. They call themselves the bruh girls. They have girls of all body types and personalities. They love hanging out together, they love their philanthropy, and do well in classes. They are just fun girls to be around

There is so much drama in this house. I don’t even live there and I still hear about constant issues and have met very few quality girls there (who are my friends and I love them!!). The grand majority, though, are snobbish and rude and have a superiority complex. Also, definitely one of the least classy and hardest partiers on campus.

Not the nicest girls. I’ve heard lots of stories and I’m sure few of them are true, but my personal experiences haven’t been all that positive.

As a current member, it is heartbreaking to say this, but delta is falling to pieces at UW. Our bylaws state we should be involved in other activities outside of Delta as well, but only about 20% of the chapter is involved in a club, a job, volunteering, etc outside of Delta. Our house is nowhere near live in capacity because nobody wants to live inside the toxic environment. Delta is known for having sisters tattle on other sisters for underage drinking, being at bars, posting photos holding beer cans, etc. I think PR is important, but the way Delta goes about approaching negative PR is toxic. This chapter also has multiple (5 or more) officer positions that they cannot fill and are vacant because not many leaders exist within the house… or the chapter members cannot make grades to qualify for an officer position… they will lie to your face during recruitment because they are desperate for numbers to stay afloat, but I just want to be honest so you have all of the facts that I did not.

I used to be in love with this chapter, and I love Tri Delta’s values and traditions. Sadly, these are no longer what I see in this chapter. To hang out with each other, women go to parties and to bars. It has transitioned to only having fun with alcohol. Nobody looks out for each other anymore, toxicity spreads like wildfire, and my mental health has been severely damaged. There are of course some amazing women, but they are the minority. If you want to spend your college years engulfed in drama, this is the place for you. If you want a chapter to lie to your face during recruitment about how involved they are with sisterhood, philanthropy, and involvement on campus, then this is the chapter for you! If I could go back and change my decision on which chapter I joined, I would... many other women, both inside and outside my friend group, I have spoken to have said the exact same thing. Many other women have said that if they weren’t about to graduate/ had more than a year left, they would drop out of this chapter and greek life as a whole. If you join this chapter, I wish the best for you and for growth within this chapter so you don’t end up ruining your college years like I did.

This chapter is fun, they like to party, but they are also very involved in the community and very academically driven.
