middle tier
by: AI think most of us associate sigma nu, delta chi, sigma chi and pike as top tier. kappa sig has fallen a lot lately so I see them as more of a middle tier for now. How would you rank the middle tiers (kappa sig, Pi kapp, ZBT, phi delt, alpha sig) now after spring rush and the conclusion of fall semester.

kappa sig- may have fallen but definitely upper mid. theyre kappa sig and history shows they will always remain upper mid.
pi kapp-only reason they are second is because of their numbers and bringing in a decent sized pledge class.
phi delt- only reason they aren't above kappa sig and pi kapp is because of numbers. sad that their spring wasnt big because they seem to be going somewhere.
zbt-will always be below the rest mainly because zbt is zbt. they have never shown an uprise or brought in a special pledge class.
rest are irrelevant. at least each of the ones listed have a house.

I don't understand why people think phi delt are any good anyways. All they have is that off campus house. When is the last time you've seen phi delt be any Good at a philo or make it into deep playoffs for any sport? I think these guys are on or with sigma Pi that has a cool house and should definitely be the bottom of middle tier
