by: JWIf looks didn't matter what would the sorority tiers be?

What would be the standards based upon? Involvement? Involvment in what particularly? Student government, dance philanthropies, all philanthropies, chapter participation, outside organizations, ext. Personality? I can say I've met great and not so great personalities in EVERY organization. Intelligence? Which could be a algorithm based on gpa and challenging majors. Honestly, top tier as we label it today is a bit of all and what we value as a society. Looks are important to society and especially the way we present ourselves. Our conversation and personality also play a factor in the was people perceive us. Have you ever met a beautiful girl who was not so beautiful on the inside? People look for ways to discount her beauty. Same concept for the opposite. So being top tier isn't about having good skin, great hair, and a great body. That isn't enough; you should also have a beautiful mind and personality to match. This is what we strive for in "top tier". Most top tier organizations have had highest gpa, representatives in student government, other organizations and in the community. We may struggle to be humble but we are trying our absolute best to improve ourselves in every way. This is the drive behind every "top tier sorority girl".
