Hi this really doesn't have much to do with greek life, i am transferring here next fall and i do plan on rushing but i was wondering what the apartments are like around campus if anyone has any suggestions or where do most people live if they don't live in greek village?

Venue, the flats and 4050 are very popular there is also a new complex being built down the road but not sure about it (I live on campus)
