They took like 8 guys. Pretty pathetic bunch of dudes too. The chapter is probably getting the charter pulled to be honest.

The Balanced Man Program is the fraternity’s award-winning leadership development program. In standing with the notion of a “Universal respect for self and others,” SigEp has eliminated the pledge process completely. The program grants all members the same rights and privileges from day one, which is contrary to the idea of a two-tiered, pledge model. Because we recruit the best men, they are granted full responsibility as soon as the accept the invitation of membership.

This is only a result of your national organization killing too many pledges through hazing within the past couple years. If that didn't happen your pledges would still be waking up at 6am on their morning haze runs
