verdandi banned

The school made a legislation today banning the group Verdandi from Usf and making it against school policy to be apart of a rogue fraternity like Verdandi. Specifically, it said if Verdandi continues to assemble, the members will be expelled. On god this is true. If you want to go party with a REAL frat, go to dchi or sig nu. These GOOBS are officially shut down.

If this is true, then the administration has violated the US Constitution and the students' rights of free association. Public schools cannot infringe on these rights. Private schools can and do.

You're dumb if you think the school can infringe on the right to assemble. It's against the law and its call encroachment. Look it up before you make false accusations otherwise you might be sued.

Technically Verdandi is a gang by definition and the crime they commit is providing alcohol to minors.

I'm not even in Verdandi but this is dumb. First off you kind of lost credibility when you put in that shameless plug for dchi and sig nu. Also if they aren't doing anything to damage USF's image I doubt they'd do anything. I never hear anybody but other people in greek complaining about Verdandi. If you want them to actually stop being relevant stop talking about them so much.
