who had the best presentations

Shut the hell up. Pi kapp showed a video of girls blowing kisses at the camera, FIJI had some foreign guy talk for four minutes and ZBT had some dude in a tank top try to talk about being gentlemen. Those were the worst ones

Rule of thumb:
1.) If the presentation sucks, the chapter sucks
2.) If you liked the presentation but they were weird at the tables, the chapters sucks
3.) If you liked the presentation and the guys at the tables, but then you realized that they didn't let their weird guys come, the chapter sucks.

Sigma chi didnt even show up an SigEp had the goob squad out in full force. Nice try though.
