alpha delta pi discussion

You can try to explain this and make it ok but the fact is it's not. And you may come on a message board to defend your friend and rate your sorority but I can't come on to complain how morally wrong your sisters are? This message board goes both ways and if you don't like it, get off and don't look.

yeah its totally normal to come on a sorority ranking site and b.i.t.c h about some job you didnt get... i don't even LIKE adpis and could care less what youre talking about but DUDE - if you think coming on here and whining is going to change anything feel sorry for ya... giv e it a rest. i'm sure you're a nice guy or girl and totally deserving of that job but you gotta let it go. know what im sayin??

Funny how everyone assumes that people are jealous about this job? maybe they are just disgusted that adpis sleep their way into jobs. But good job adpi with your comebacks that everyone is "just jealous". keep thinking that....

ummm I wrote that. i am a PROUD non adpi -It is WELL known on campus that adpis are PSYCO competitive and OBSESSED with winning and having "leadership' positions. I don't speak for my sorority so i wont say which one I belong to - BUT I personally don't like ADPi for that reason. you're only in college once and adpis take everything so seriously it makes me sick.

I said they are NOT my favorite sorority! don't leave out words to make your point. its ok NOT to like people. its OK to not like people who are hyper competitive and crazy. they ARE considered by some to be a good sorority - but that doesnt mean I have to like or respect them.

look, I AM and ADPI and this is my first time posting on here - and definitely my last. I just want to say that I don't know ANY adpi who thinks people are jealous of us. and I haven't read any comments on here to suggest that any adpi thinks everyone is jealous of us either. I really am proud to be a member of the first collegiate society EVER - and one of the oldest womens' organizations in the US. I am really proud of our chapter's accomplishments as well. I have friends in every house as well and am proud to be apart of the greek community at usf - but when I read such mean spirited comments on not just our board but others as well - it just makes me ashamed. leaving comments on a message board won't make things better - focus on representing your own house and the greek community in a POSITIVE way. :)

well said. i'm in another "top" house (whatever that means) and I am so sick of people talking crap about all the houses! The stuff on our board about is so far from the truth it's pathetic- and i am sure that holds true for most things about adpi as well!

ditto to the "NO ONE is jealous of ADPI" i mean there really isn't anything to be jealous of. botched botox? boyfriend stealers? catty gossipers? backstabbers? NO Thanks!

haha yes we did just make sandwiches, humor is a sign of intelligence so clearly you missed that we were being facetious by making them since everyone says we all try to be housewives. We just wanted to have fun and laugh. If I wanted to see real talent I would pay to go to a show, but for the record Danielle along with Kappa Delta's singer and all the other performances were very well done.

Thanks for trying to put a damper on my day, but you just made me feel great knowing we have no talent but still manage to come out in first place. We'll recruit some talent next year for you so maybe we don't win so much.
