I am going to be honest and respectful with how I use my words in this message because I want it to be taken seriously. I came to USF solely to make it the best university in Florida. I had the opportunity to go to UF but I knew that it was already a fantastic school and didn't need much improvement. In other words, I came to USF to start a revolution. I knew USF had what it took to be the best. But very sadly, Greek Life at USF ruined all of that. When I joined Greek Life my first year at USF, I had the highest of hopes and ideas that would revolutionize the university. But the only thing Greek Life did for me was tear me down and took away all my aspirations. Everything I had hoped for was taken away from me in a matter of weeks. I was devastated. Not all Greeks are bad...Some are very nice and ambitious, but a lot aren't. And Greek Life at USF is at its lowest point imaginable. USF as a whole is at its lowest point imaginable. This is not a message of hate, rather, this message is meant to spread awareness and wake up the Student Body. If you want USF to be the best, you have the power to do that. But improvement needs to be started with the Students themselves.
