rushing as a junior

So I'm from indiana but due to some family changes may be transferring to usf next year. I'll be a junior and since I won't know anyone was thinking of rushing. I didn't rush at my school now because I never considered it but I think it'd be cool to check it out down there. Would I have any chance at all? I've got a 3.2 and I have been told I'm attractive but who knows lol
