To anyone saying it’s not true then why is this the police report:

“According to arrest records, Rozo’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) measured 0.114 and 0.119, exceeding Florida’s legal limit of 0.08%. She was charged under Florida Statute 316.193, which classifies a first-time DUI offense as a second-degree misdemeanor (M2). If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail, fines ranging from $500 to $1,000, a mandatory driver’s license suspension, and court-ordered DUI education programs.

Rozo, described as 5’4”, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, was released on February 22, 2025, at 1:52 a.m. after posting a $500 cash bond. Her case, listed under CT-Case #25-CT-002891, will proceed through Hillsborough County’s legal system, where she may face additional penalties, such as probation, community service, or the installation of an ignition interlock device.”

tampa native, it’s so easy to get charges dropped so even if the charges are dropped it doesn’t take away from the fact that it happened. And blood alcohol levels don’t lie. If it was a wrongful arrest then I expect a lawsuit coming from her and her family to prove it. If not then it shows she was guilty even if the charges are dropped it doesn’t take away from what happened. Charges get dropped all the time. What she did was illegal and a bad look for sigdelt and Greek as an entire community. Stay off the roads and maybe just be more responsible! Don’t be sloppy!!!!!
