recruitment

Hey ladies,

If you are going through recruitment this semester, congratulations! There are stereotypes about each sorority and I am sure you will hear them from fraternities or people around campus. However, every sorority has something special about them. Also, keep in mind that not every member fits the stereotypical mold. Keep an open mind going though and don't be nervous; the sororities are trying to impress you just as much as you are trying to impress them. I can't wait for all of you to have a great time, and maybe I'll be calling you my sister ;)

no need to try to impress. just be yourself. do your research early. rush is fake.

If you try to do "research" all you'll end up with is a bunch of negative stereotypes about each organization that are almost always inaccurate.

You're right about the being yourself part, but PNMs should do that while getting to know the actual girls during recruitment to see who they click with the most, instead of walking in with a bunch of presumptions.
