does everyone get their top houses back

Everyone I know says they have gotten all their top houses back every round. Are they lying or is that normal? Do any of these sororities actually make any cuts?

it’s very possible that girls get their top houses back, but it’s also just as likely for girls to be cut. chapter are making BIG cuts this year, like 200-300 pnms are dropped just after spirit day.
