Phi delt - top, house, not much else to say
ZBT - fighting into top, good house
Pike - need to figure out house situation
Sig Chi - fighting to stay top, but got kicked

Upper mid:
Kappa sig/SAE - SAE has a house and k sig has apartments next fall, tied imo
delt - falling needs to try to stay relevant, no house rip
sig ep- falling fast, fell off completely in the spring
SNU/aepi - idk i just haven’t heard much
Sig pi - trying to be relevant, some potential
Pi kapp - cooked

Zbt "fighting into top" is an insane take. They are good people but most of them are uglier than any phi delt, pike, or sig chi. I'd give them fourth place tho!
