frat ranks with explanations

hiii i made these rankings w my big but she def cooked that’s all I can say

phidelt (will always be top until other frats have their own house)

zbt/pike (currently competing, both have good pcs, good parties, zbt pc might be a little better, overall both good)

machi (good parties, but falling off after the andrew lake incident. haven’t thrown a real party this semester which is really hurting them)

ksig (had an amazing pc this spring, having good parties, and putting in a lot of effort around campus)

delt (having a hard semester this time around but you’ll always feel safe there and they have good parties. didn’t have the best pc this time around)

aepi/sae (the middle two. not much to say about them in good or bad ways. they work together a lot and keep each other relevant)

sigep (used to be great but now they’re dying. more like a smoking club rn so if you like weed then yk where to go. best of the bad frats for now)

sig pi (on the come up. they’ll definitely be a big name in a few years)

snu (good boys, but their legacy with the dog hurts them hard. i like them but they’re gonna need time to rebuild)

pikapp (heard they’re merging with fiji, would be good for both)

beta (not really your stereotypical frat, but always a good time. safest frat by far too)

fiji (dead, merging with pikapp)
