whats the deal with phi delts

I'm a Phi from Miami and was curious to how the Phi Delt chapter is here? I have a friend going here and am wondering if I should recommend he pledge PDT.

They have been suspended for two years. Didn't have the best rep before their suspension either. Much better chapters exist here.
