Reason Sigma Chi won’t ever be suspended sadly

Andrew lake wasn’t a member of sigma chi at time of incident. Sigma Chis “house” isn’t even a real house and it’s a public apartment complex. Let’s say they had phi delts motel when this happened then this would be different story.
