PiKapp has a house, putting them in a much better position for the future. They are definitely making a name for themselves socially. Walk by their house, there are always girls and brothers drinking on their deck or music is blasting from inside. The past few months, they have thrown pretty good parties. They win alot of philanthropies. They blow at IM's however. The reason they are not top? They are two or three years old, back from being kicked off campus and are establishing relations with sororities. They hang out with alot of SigDelts, but I girls from all organizations come around often. Their drawbacks seem to lay within the few goobers they have in the frat...The upside to this is they are made up for with some pretty good looking and fun guys. They cant be stereotyped as anything because they have guys from the South, North, SoFla. Some are country, others are bros, some are in between.

Pike is always involved in campus affairs and are definitely molding gentlemen. They have the rep of having a large amount of Hispanics. Decent at IM's, always involved in philanthropies, they are often seen as nice guys as well. I have been to a couple Pike parties, they are ok. What I love about Pike is that they always look professional, whether it is for rush or an event. They have a "house" in Monticello on 42nd, a bunch of apartments next to each other.
