During recruitment, are we able to wear dresses with small cut outs on the sides or would that be frowned upon?

wear whatever you are confident in! just try to stay away from wearing dresses with super low V-necks or large cuts out, but if it’s a small cut out then do not worry about it:) panhellenic comes out with a pinterest board for outfit inspo if that helps!
