Frat ranking 2023

I think this is a fair USF Frat Ranking for 2023
Top:
1. Sigma Chi
2. Phi Delta Theta
3. pike
4-zbt
Upper mid:
1-Delta Tau Delta
2-SNU
3-Kappa Sig
4-SAE

The rest are either suspended or their ranking doesn’t really matter because they’re very similar

Sigma Chi is not top house..they are very overrated..poor recruiting..very awkward..been on downswing last couple of years.

Sae is weird they really don’t do much. I even thing sig ep is better than them

I would still put sae above sig ep bc of how the guys in each treat girls, like sig eps are delusional for being rude and max 5’7
