Top: Sigma Chi

Middle: SigEp, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, Kappa Sigma

Lower Middle: PIKE, ZBT, Pi Kapp

Bottom: Sigma Pi, Theta Chi, Alpha Sig, Chi Phi, AEPi

Top: ADPi, Tri Delt, DG

Middle: ZTA, KD

Lower Middle: SDT, AOPi

Bottom: Gamma Phi Beta, Chi Omega


Sorority tiers are based on looks. However, I think there are a lot of girls who are in ZTA/KD that should be in ADPi or Tri Delt and several ADPi/Tri Delt/DGs that should be in KD or ZTA. Even though people call DG top tier, I don't think a lot of their girls are attractive compared to the other top tiers. Also DG went to formal with Sigma Nu and hang out with PIKE.

Sigma Chi is the top chapter because they dress fratty and get hot girls which is the important thing in a TFM culture. SigEp could be the second frat in a top tier position, however, they lost over 30 guys and might lose their house. They may still be the #2 chapter but there is a huge divide between Sigma Chi and SigEp. IMO the rest of the chapters don't really have stereotypes, sure you can call one frat Hispanic and the other one who didn't get a bid but there aren't as prevalent.
