how do i get a bid?

Do I get it at a rush event, the private dinner, do they ask me to pick it up from the house during the weekend, or do they mail it to me?

Also do I have to speak to the rush chairman to get a bid or will a brother vouch for me?

Talk to as many brothers as possible, you'll see where you fit if you do. You get a bid after rush week, they'll contact you. If you're interested in someone talk to the rush chairman asap its never too early and go to all the events.
