tiers after sigep losing its members

Top: Sigma Chi: Lost several members last year but has recuperated and gotten better. With SigEp's tumble, Sigma Chi has rightfully moved up to the top frat at USF.

Upper Middle: SigEp - The consensus #1 frat lost a lot of guys but still have a solid core. They could go back to top tier if they get a solid recruitment class during Fall 2014.

Middle: Kappa Sigma, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi - Sigma Nu will take a tumble for a poor pledge class and not being facey. Kappa Sigma and Delta Chi have established themselves as IM stars but need to consider having better relations with sororities to climb the tiers.

Lower Middle: PiKE, ZBT, Pi Kapp - Secure respectful numbers during recruitment but needs to make improvements across the board.

Bottom: Sigma Pi, Theta Chi, Alpha Sig, Chi Phi, AEPi - Sigma Pi is a colony but has moderate success by securing a big pledge class (mostly because they have cheaper dues). These frats needs to make improvements across the board and reevaluate the quality of the members they recruit.
