frat tiers are a joke
by: Chubbies FaFI've seen Kappa Sigs, Delta Chis and Sigma Nu hook up with top tier chicks and I've seen Sigma Chi and SigEp hook up with GDIs and middle tier chicks. Tiers are supposed to serve as a social stratification but I guess not at USF.
